AIAG’s new Due Diligence Reporting Template (DDRT) requirements start now. NQC's SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform ensures your reports are complete, defensible, and ready for regulators.
Our leading supply chain risk management platform delivers automated, multi-tier DDRT reporting with supplier-led data, continuous monitoring, and independently verified evidence. This ensures your reports are regulator-ready in hours, not weeks.
Deadline: September 2025. Selected suppliers must now submit DDRTs to their OEMs, with broader annual reporting expected across the industry in 2026. Early compliance will demonstrate readiness and build trust with customers.
With SUPPLIERASSURANCE, you gain transparency across every tier of your supply chain, reduce manual reporting burdens, and strengthen compliance defensibility with audit-ready evidence. As an AIAG-preferred provider, we help suppliers and OEMs align to industry standards while staying ahead of evolving regulations.
The Due Diligence Reporting Template (DDRT) is an industry-standard framework developed by AIAG and major OEMs to address forced labour risks in automotive supply chains. It is designed to help OEMs and suppliers demonstrate compliance with forced labour legislation, including the UFLPA in the U.S., as well as other ESG and emerging global regulations.
Purpose: Create one consistent reporting format accepted by all OEMs.
Requirement: Tier 1 suppliers must begin submitting DDRTs in September 2025, with wider adoption expected in 2026.
Scope: Tier 1 suppliers must report on their own Tier 1 suppliers (effectively their OEM customers’ Tier 2).
Meeting DDRT requirements isn’t easy. Most Tier 1 suppliers face three major challenges:
Supply chains extend far beyond direct Tier 1 suppliers, but most companies lack tools or cooperation to uncover deeper-tier relationships. Without this visibility, forced labour risks remain hidden.
Tier 1 suppliers often receive information back from their own suppliers in different formats, then face the added challenge of submitting that data to multiple OEMs in yet more formats. The process is time-consuming, inconsistent, and prone to error. NQC’s SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform streamlines reporting end-to-end by standardizing data collection and OEM submission.
AI predictions or unverified claims are not accepted in DDRT submissions. Both OEMs and regulators expect defensible, supplier-led disclosures backed by trusted data sources.
DDRT reporting demands significant time and resources. NQC’s SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform accelerates the process by guiding suppliers through each step and providing the clarity and confidence that their reports will fully meet OEM expectations.

The platform enables suppliers to disclose and confirm their own sub-tier connections, improving accuracy and accountability while creating shared visibility deeper in the supply chain.
DDRT compliance is not a one-off exercise. The SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform continuously screens for forced labour and ESG risks, keeping submissions current and reducing surprises at reporting deadlines.
SUPPLIERASSURANCE verifies disclosures, checks risk, and compiles everything into the AIAG-standard template, producing one defensible report ready for OEM or regulator submission.
Most platforms stop at identification. SUPPLIERASSURANCE goes further.
The DDRT highlights potential risks, but compliance does not stop there. OEMs expect suppliers to demonstrate how risks are validated and resolved. Within the SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform, the ASSURE module takes flagged risks forward into verification, corrective action, and documented closure.
